QUALITY POLICY

The Cappelletti & Molteni s.a.s. Quality Policy is centred on satisfying the needs of its customers and is motivated by the desire for continuous growth via perennial improvement, while at the same time maintaining our interest in operating profitably in order to maintain our market position. In turn, this guarantees the lasting and profitable continuation of the business and the future security of our employees. 

Among other operational tools, our organisation has a Company Management System that complies with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015s which provides the means and rules to ensure the quality of the product is in compliance with the applicable customer and legislatory requirements.

Management is also committed to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System and to verifying the effectiveness of the actions taken to address risks and opportunities.

Verification of the results we obtain is ensured by a set of indicators and objectives that are an integral part of the Quality Management System, evaluated and analysed periodically with the Management and partners. 

We are also committed to respecting the environment in which we operate through careful assessment of environmental impacts and risks, adopting all measures necessary for prevention of environmental harm.

We are committed to the protection of health and safety in the workplace through maximum efficiency and safety of the company's processes and the prompt adaptation to the requirements of the law.
